Miscellany: The Soho Salon From 2000 - 2002, Chad Gracia and Lela Goren ran the Soho Salon, a space dedicated to arts, sciences, humanities, politics, and social activism. We hosted lectures, dinners, and benefit parties monthly. Guests included Nobel Laureate Shimon Peres, UN Judge Mayer Gabay, Kathmandu Mayor PL Singh, healer to the Royal Family of Nepal Hirokazu Kobayashi, jazz musician and Tar Babies alum Tony Jarvis, filmmaker Greg Pritikin, social psychologist Sheldon Solomon, physicist Lee Smolin, and many many more.
