Chad Gracia is a US registered securities broker who trades late stage pre-IPO unicorns under the umbrella of Rainmaker Securities. Mr. Gracia has helped VC funds rebalance their portfolios, employees to achieve liquidity, and family offices and institutions to acquire late stage private companies such as Airbnb, Airtable, Palantir, Flexport, Dataminr, Klarna, Eat Just, Impossible Foods, UiPath, Zipline, and many more.

This business grew out of more than 20 years helping U.S. and international private equity, venture capital and real estate fund managers build LP relationships in the Middle East, where he raised more than $1.5 billion for his clients. Chad has worked with high net worth individuals in the GCC region, as well as Saudi ambassadors, the Saudi Royal Court, the Bahraini Royal Court, various regional institutions, the US Defense Department, the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) among others. As a placement agent, he has represented some of the largest funds in the world; in real estate, he led the efforts of Gary Barnett of Extell Development in their Middle East relationship-building efforts. Testimonials are here.

For nearly a decade he led the US Commerce Department’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Trade Mission Program to the Middle East. Today, his focus is on helping employees to sell and accredited investors to buy late-stage pre-IPO unicorns.
